Frequently Asked Questions
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first 30-minute meeting is at no cost and with no obligation. We’ll review your situation, outline your options and give you a fee estimate.
How much will my matter cost?
It depends on the type and complexity of the matter. Many routine services, such as wills and real estate transactions, are offered at a flat fee. For other work we provide a written estimate before starting.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. We meet clients by phone, video call or in person, whichever is most convenient. Documents can usually be signed electronically.
What should I bring to my first meeting?
Any documents related to your matter (agreements, letters, court papers, title documents) and a short list of questions. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything; we’ll tell you what’s needed.
How quickly will you respond to me?
We aim to return all calls and emails within one business day.
